Power in Motion Crossfit is a strength and conditioning center geared toward all types of athletes. Whether you are getting off the couch for the first time, a professional triathlete or a first time Spartan racer, we are the facility for you. We use open source fitness with Crossfit as our foundation. We are goal oriented, and first and foremost, structured with a focus on building a solid foundation. Power in Motion is also an official Spartan SGX coaching facility. We take the best of the best and combine it to create not only a superior training program, but an entire health and wellness facility. We partnered with Windhawk Therapy to create Power in Motion Therapy. You will be amazed with the results. We also partnered with Inov-8, a top running and CrossFit shoe company. And, we are also partners with several other high-end nutrition and apparel companies. Power in Motion also offers kids programs, massage therapy, nutrition consulting, running analysis, and strength and conditioning programs for a variety of different types of athletes along with customized one on one coaching.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that started with military officers, police officers and firefighters where true fitness was essential for survival. It quickly transcended into the primary workout program for martial artists and elite athletes worldwide. The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
